This city was on Deneb IV. Groppler Zorn commanded this city in 2364. It was near Farpoint Station, a space borne entity that was able to grant wishes before you even knew you had them. This was constructed out of primative material when compared to the station. It was destroyed with casualties when the entity to be with its mate.
